Maximum security for your Electronic Banking operations, in line with Securepay European recommendations

Our new signature system will always request on screen two coordinates from your Key card, and additionally, depending on the type of operation, a code that will be sent immediately to your mobile phone, by means of a free SMS message. The code request will depend on whether the operation is considered significant (*) or not.

  • Operation NOT classed as significant (*): you will be asked on screen to enter the two coordinates from your Key card.

    1. Having entered the details of the operation, the confirmation screen will ask you to enter two pin codes from your key card:
    2. Enter the code received and the operation will be carried out.

  • Operation classed as significant(*): in order to sign the operation you will be asked to enter two coordinates from your Key card plus a code sent to your mobile phone by means of a free SMS message.

    1. After you have entered the details of the operation, the confirmation screen will ask you to enter the two coordinates from your personal codes card that are indicated on screen.
    2. You will immediately receive a free text message sent to your mobile phone with the code you must enter
    3. Check that the details shown in the text message pertain to the operation you wish to carry out.
    4. Enter the code received and the operation will be carried out.

(*)Significant transaction: Any transaction that the system classifies as significant having conducted an immediate internal analysis. These might be infrequent operations, for a large amount of money, repeated over a short period of time, or owing to random controls, etc
For your security, remember:
  • We will never ask you for any personal details such as your mobile phone number, model or access codes, and that you should never log into electronic banking using links included in e-mails or text messages.
  • We will only ask you for two codes of your card and only to confirm transactions you previously requested.
