Password management

To unlock your access codes for electronic banking:

You will receive new codes, which you can use to access the electronic banking service. When you first log in, you will be asked to change your password so you can choose one that suits you.

If you have not yet signed up for this service, you can do so on this website. If you have already previously registered, just drop into any of our branches, where we will provide you with your access codes.

To activate the SMS Signature system, you must call 900 15 10 10 or visit your local branch, and have a card that is not virtual

To unlock the operations signature card, drop into any of our branches or call our customer service information line on 900 15 10 10 and follow the instructions given.

You can request a new coordinates card at any of our branches.
