In compliance with Securepay European recommendations regarding transactions performed by Internet, several measures affecting your operating in remote banking have been implemented:
- Expiration of passwords: It is necessary to periodically update the password to access the system. The system will inform you that the expiration date is close and once the password expires, you will need to change it to access the service.
- OTP: Please note that a single use password (known as OTP) that will be sent via SMS to your mobile phone for free is required to be entered for certain transactions of remote banking and online shopping. For that purpose, it is essential that you inform the mobile phone you want to receive these passwords to your office, if you have not already done it.
