For installations less than 50 KWP

(1) If you subscribe to and maintain 1.00% of the nominal amount financed in contributions to the Entity’s equity capital, and take out certain products listed on the noticeboard of our website www.cajamar.es/es/comun/tablon-de-anuncios-y-tarifas/. Otherwise, the interest rate may increase to 1.00 p.p. and the maximum rate applicable is 3.25% (APR: 3.59%) (2) APR calculated for an amount of €48,708, for a period of 84 months, with monthly repayments.

For installations over 50 KWP

(3) If you subscribe to and maintain 1.00% of the nominal amount financed in contributions to the Entity’s equity capital. Otherwise, the interest rate may increase to 1.00 p.p. and the maximum rate applicable is 2.50% (APR: 2.82%).(4) APR calculated for an amount of €185,328, for a period of 84 months, with monthly repayments.

(5) Simulation of total savings calculated for a period of 25 years (service life of the installation), taking as a reference the average price of electricity for the previous year (€0.09 /kWh, increased by 3% per year) and subtracting the approximate cost of the installation (€48,708). Annual energy production is 101,830 kWh, reduced by 0.8 % per year, and with 75.34% self-consumption. Annual savings in consumption are equal to the sum total of the following: Photovoltaic self-consumption (76,719 kWh, reduced by 0.8 % per year) multiplied by the price of energy (€0.09/kWh, increased by 3 % per year) + plus energy tax savings (€352.83/year) + plus surplus compensation (€1,255.55/year). Surplus compensation is calculated by multiplying surpluses (25,111 kWh/year) by the price of consumption surplus (€0.05/kWh). Savings calculations may vary depending on variations in the price of electricity (€0.09 /kWh) and the price of consumption surplus (€0.05/kWh). The annual maintenance cost of the installation is deducted (€450, increased by 3% per year). The compensation for surplus is the energy generated by the photovoltaic installation, which is not self-consumed, that is to say it goes into the mains Power Grid, and you are compensated for that surplus, according to the average price of electricity in the wholesale market. An annual increase of 3% in the price of energy is considered. Production losses of photovoltaic panels are estimated at 0.8 % per year.

(6) Simulation of total savings calculated for a period of 25 years (service life of the installation), taking as a reference the average price of electricity for the previous year (€ 0.07 /kWh, increased by 3% per year) and subtracting the approximate cost of the installation (€ 185,328). Annual energy production is 370,010 kWh, reduced by 0.8 % per year, and with 89.80 % self-consumption. Annual savings in consumption area the sum total of the following: Photovoltaic self-consumption (332,269 kWh, reduced by 0.8 % per year) multiplied by the price of energy (€ 0.07/kWh, increased by 3 % per year) + plus energy tax savings (€ 1,188.53/year) + plus surplus compensation (€ 69.64/year). Surplus compensation is calculated by multiplying surpluses (37,741 kWh/year) by €0.04/kWh, which is the difference between the surplus price (€0.05/kWh) minus the cost of excess compensation (€0.01/kWh), deducting from the result obtained the management costs of being an energy producer, which are €1,440/year. Savings calculations may vary depending on variations in the price of electricity (€ 0.07 /kWh) and the price of consumption surplus (€0.05/kWh). The annual maintenance cost of the installation is deducted (€ 909, increased by 3% per year). The compensation for surplus is the energy generated by the photovoltaic installation, which is not self-consumed, that is to say it goes into the mains Power Grid, and you are compensated for that surplus, according to the average price of electricity in the wholesale market.
