Limits on taking out/using Exchange Rate Insurance

In order to take out this exchange rate insurance product, you must have a Foreign Trade Credit Line in place. The following minimum amounts apply to this product:

  • For Closed Exchange Rate Insurance: equivalent currency value of €15,000.
  • For Open Exchange Rate Insurance:
    • US Dollars: 65,000 currency units.
    • Pounds Sterling: 75,000 currency units.
    • Polish Zloty: 250,000 currency units.
    • Canadian Dollars and Swiss Francs: 100,000 currency units.
    • Danish Krone, Norwegian Krone and Swedish Krona: 1,000,000 currency units.
    • Japanese Yen: 10,000,000 currency units.

For open exchange rate insurance, any usage of this product must take into account the following minimum amounts:

  • Pounds Sterling and US Dollars: 15,000 currency units.
  • Canadian Dollars and Swiss Francs: 20,000 currency units.
  • Polish Zloty: 45,000 currency units.
  • Danish Krone, Norwegian Krone and Swedish Krona: 150,000 currency units.
  • Japanese Yen: 2,000,000 currency units.
