What is this procedure for?

It allows you to reset your Online Banking password directly from a Cajamar cooperative group ATM, obtaining a receipt with the new password and a confirmation SMS sent to the registered phone number.

Prerequisites.

  • Have a debit, credit, or combined card from the Cajamar Cooperative Group.
  • Have a mobile phone number registered and updated with the institution.

How to recover the password step by step?

  1. Insert your card into the ATM.
    For security, cover the keypad when entering your PIN.
  2. Access the operations menu and select the “View more” option until the "Manage home banking and electronic headquarters" option appears.
  3. Select "Manage home banking and electronic headquarters"
  4. Select “Restore on-line banking password”.
  5. Receive the new password

The ATM will generate a receipt where your new password will appear.
In addition, an SMS will be sent to the phone number you have registered with the institution. "

 

 

What is it for?

This service allows you to withdraw cash from a Grupo Cajamar ATM without a card or passbook, using the HalCash system through Grupo Cajamar’s online banking or mobile app.

Prerequisites.

To use this service, you must have:

  1. An SMS reference received.
  2. The following information:
    1. Phone number (national or international).
    2. Withdrawal amount.
    3. SMS key received.
    4. Sender’s selected key.

Follow these steps at the ATM.

  1. On the main screen, select “HalCash – Cash withdrawal”.
  2. Choose the type of phone number:
    1. National
    2. International
  3. Enter the withdrawal details:
    1. Phone number.
    2. Amount.
    3. SMS key.
    4. Sender’s key.
  4. Check the details and confirm the operation.
  5. Select:
    1. Continue without receipt, or
    2. Continue with receipt, if required.
  6. Optionally, choose the denomination of the banknotes.

What is it for?

It allows you to deposit cash into a Grupo Cajamar account using an ATM, either into the account linked to your card or another account within the group.

How to deposit cash at a Grupo Cajamar ATM step by step

  1. Access “Cash deposit” from the ATM main menu using your card or passbook.
  2. Select the destination account:
    1. The account linked to the card.
    2. Another Grupo Cajamar account.
  3. Enter the required details:
    1. Amount to deposit (maximum 100 banknotes).
    2. Mandatory data.
    3. Deposit description (optional).
  4. Insert the banknotes when prompted.
  5. Check the deposit details (amount, account and holder).
  6. Confirm the operation.
  7. Collect the receipt. You can request a duplicate if needed.

What is it for?

This service allows you to pay bills and taxes at the ATM, either by scanning the barcode or by entering the details manually. You can also choose to set up direct debit for future payments or pay without direct debit, receiving a receipt at the end of the transaction.

How to pay bills and taxes at the ATM step by step

  1. From the main ATM menu, select “Bills and taxes”.
  2. Choose “Pay bills and taxes”. Other available options are also shown on this screen.
  3. Select whether you want to scan the bill details or enter them manually (for taxes, bills or entities without a barcode).
  4. Choose how you want to make the payment for the bill or local tax.
  5. Select the payment method:
    • From account by credit card
    • Cash
    • From the account linked to the card
  6. Complete all the required details on screen.
  7. Review the bill details (issuer, reference, identification and amount).
  8. Choose whether to:
    • Pay without direct debit, or
    • Pay and set up direct debit for future payments.
  9. Confirm the transaction. You will receive a payment receipt. (To formalize the direct debit, you must contact the bill issuer).
