Sure, you just need to go to the app and access My Profile > MobileSignature > Change PIN.

You’ll have to enter your current PIN and then the new one (twice). And that’s it.

Since it's a joint account, the transaction must be signed by all account holders before it can be processed.

  • You can view your pending MobileSignature operations in the app by going to My Profile > MobileSignature > Pending Signatures.
  • Remember, if the signing time expires, the transaction will not be completed and you'll need to initiate it again.

  • If you have a debit or credit card: in the app, go to My Profile > MobileSignature > Generate New PIN. Follow the instructions and it will be resolved in a few minutes.
  • If you don’t have a debit or credit card: in Online Banking, go to Tools > Settings > Generate New PIN and follow the instructions.
