Do I have the right to a courtesy car?

A courtesy car will be provided in the event of accident or theft, provided that you have taken out this option in the terms and conditions of the insurance and the damage will take more than 8 hours to repair according to the rate for your make of vehicle or if it is considered a total write-off.
