If you have to make a claim, you will need to submit it through the new MIS SEGUROS portal. You can access it through our online banking (go to Insurance – My Insurance), or via the app (go to Insurance – My Insurance).

When registering a claim, you must provide the following information: name, policy, date and time of the accident/incident, description of the accident/incident, causes, place and contact telephone number.
